Not quite as we were.
6 points clear, effectively 7 with GD is a lot better with only 4 games left rather than 5.

To go ahead, they have to win the next 3, whilst we have to lose them. Highly unlikely, but still possible.

Hopefully, we can get past a 'bogey' side, in Blackpool.

I hope we have no serious injuries and Copps is available again. Why no Williams today?

Wins for them and losses for us could easily give them an advantage on  goal difference.

To play, home in bold, we have:
Blackpool Wycombe Exeter Hartlepool

They have:
Newport Colchester Crewe Grimsby

All those games could go any way, though I'd say they have the better run in. It's likely one win and no heavy defeats would be all we need.

Copps and Williams both out for the season injured.

I can see Plymouth getting 8 pts from their remaining games. Though I admit I always think other teams will do better than they probably will! So 2 points should be sufficient for us to win the league.

Of course it's all ifs, buts and maybes!

Easily?   A 16 goal turnaround!!!!!    Really.... what would you consider tough?

Right you are, it's unlikely! I was seeing it as an 11 goal difference

But that would put us 18pts ahead?   When mouth can only win 12 more points...

6 points mathematically guarantees us the title.  One win should do it in reality tho....

I know that perfectly.. Do what we do ourselves and it does not matter what anyone else does. WE then certain to take title. OR just do whatever Plymouth do and still win it.

I don't know why but it's Portsmouth I feel more worried about,
Notts County a
Cambridge h
Mansfield a
Cheltenham h
Could they win all of those?
I'll sleep easy when we get that 1 win  we need

Portsmouth are 10 points behind us with only 12 to play for. Not worried about them at all.

Form is out of the window now. Each remaining game is a cup final. Anyone is capable of a 4 game winning streak or losing streak.

I think that's what upset DF most yesterday in the first half was the lack of collective desire to want that title. We can't afford to wait until the next game.

We have to win it, not wait for others to lose it!

On paper, there is only 1 easy game in those 4 for Pompey. Nerves makes more of a level playing field for each of the top 3. It really comes down to who wants it the most.

Well. Maybe you could phrase it differently from saying we need 12 points then old boy.    When 7 will actually do it..

No chance they are catching us, we are going to at least pick up 3 points.

Completely agree,  7 for mathematically,  3 in reality...

Big win against Blackpool will just about seal it. But said it won't be confirmed till last home game against Exeter then we can all celebrate and not have to worry about getting tickets against the Pool

I'm hoping we win the title at Hartlepool! 3 point gap to Plymouth with a superior goal difference...

Not me, I am hoping we beat Blackpool and Newport beat Plymouth then it is virtually done.
