with all this talk about fergie v dickov people must be presuming fergie was allowed by blunt to get the players he wanted during the 1st transfer window he was in charge

Didn't DF go on record as saying he was happy with what he had and didn't need to sign anyone?

hes not going to say otherwise in public. and in a new job.

So how does anyone know that he was refused the funds, guesswork I suppose.

is contrary your default position? if it doesn't fit with your understanding you just dismiss it and argue the opposite.  :boxing: :boxing:

Not at all, it is a genuine question.

questions have these after them though   ????

If you are in the punctuation and spelling police you are going to be very stressed reading some of the posts on here mate.
By the way, sentences usually start with capital letters.

He didn't
The whole thing started cause of this

'Ferguson has a worse points per game average than Paul Dickov, just to put things into perspective.

Check again, CBCB clearly said that he was comparing the records of PD and DF in league one.

I know, one poor month out of 9 excellent ones and only rovers fans would bang on about that one month
They all count including the ones where you loose games as a result of just not being good enough . Which is where we are today...just not good enough.

Dickos old mate, CBCB commented on the ppg thing on 28th September at 8.12am and you responded directly to his comment at 9.34am the same day.

I'm beginning to think that it's Dickos that's the true WUM and not me. Lol

Not really Dickos, we are fans who are concerned about results and the way the club is heading.
Are you really happy about where we are right now?

What you on about, my view is clear and has been all along, I'm not a massive fan of fergie. And I've said numerous times if we're struggling around Christmas time, then the board has a decision to make.
Just think if the board had listened to all the fans wanting Sod out we would never had the glory years. Just think if the board had listened to he fans and sacked Saunders we would never have won the title.

The board seem much more sensible then some of our fans

No hound, I'm not happy we're losing,  but I don't think we need to be so negative so soon after promotion

Long way to go, we're playing well
Performances  don't mean much when you're losing but look what happened under sod. We lost every week playing well and it changed

You've mentioned 4 games out of 11 so In 7 you must think we played well
That's surely a good enough percentage

We were toothless today and it felt like Bradford never needed to get out of second gear to beat us. I think we miss Baudry massively.

We were poor against Scunthorpe, average against Gillingham and Blackpool.
Played well at Blackburn and Plymouth. Second half against Shrewsbury was dreadful.

Comrade. We are all in this together. Folk might have a different view to you, but throwing abuse is not really warranted.

Discussion and debate yes, abuse no.

If you ask DF one question what would it be?
For myself I would ask him did the illness to Alex influence his decision to keep Williams and when did he know ?

Two I know but it’s relative . As I believe he committed to the signing of Alex without understanding how bad this illness was , resulting in no money left to change direction coupled with , the fact that no one wanted to meet Williams wage bill. Hence no money left .

Wasn't Kiwomya's illness diagnosed up after we'd signed him?

Was it just bad luck for him and us then . This has had a very profound effect on our season as keeping Williams then not playing him for nearly five games is puzzling.
