Grant gave him a two year contract until the end of 2019 while at Peterborough, so obviously rates the boy, knows his game and what he can do.
As others have said, long term injuries have hampered his progress, but if he is now fit, and the manager knows what the lad can offer us game wise, why not?

So it is now official another midfield player let’s hope he can give more to the midfield.

Anyone know what type of midfielder he is? I've only heard his name in passing before.

Says he likes to get around the pitch and win the ball back.

But described as an attacking player.

Maybe that’s why we could be talking to 2?

Centre or right (right footed).

I’ve got a left foot and right foot but I’ve never been able to locate my Centre foot.

Not many of us will have a foot in the centre.

Dave, the manager knows what Anderson has to offer us, Crawford was to be a big part of how he wanted us to play, and he needs neat players in the midfield positions who can make a pass, and look after the ball.
At least the budget seams to stretch to bringing in the odd player he he.
The team on Tuesday night will be interesting to see if nothing else.
He has trained with us today at least, so maybe involved tomorrow.

We won’t  know until he plays. But GM knows him. We have Whiteman, Kane and Rowe for our midfield three. Blair is back up but I think he would be better playing in the front three. So we need players for centre three. Let’s hope the injury he had is behind him and doesn’t  raise it head like Crawford. But has Selby said they can look after the ball. So we can only hope.

Oh dear. I have no idea if he'll do well here but that's a daft statement on so many levels.

There's a point, maybe Anderson coming in will allow Blair to be used in the front three. Quite a few fans have said they'd prefer to see him there and I'm inclined to agree, just wonder if McCann feels the same.

I do hope your right as we won’t see the best of Blair at this club until he plays where he should.

With no disrespect to him I hope he has to bide his time for his chance. Rowe is our captain and I can’t see him replacing him. Kane looks a superb young player and should retain his place. Whiteman is our player and we should focus on developing him - this season he has looked really impressive so far and long may that continue. Hopefully Anderson offers quality competition and back up.

I put my post in the wrong place s here goes again.
Let’s hope McCann sees what many of us do and starts to play Blair in his best position. Until that happens we won’t see the best of him.

Dave, he may not fit into Evans's style of play, he has got rid of or pu up for transfer 15 players this season at Peterborough, they will all not be poor players.

Who would want to play for that fat, mascara wearing, foul mouthed numpty, anyway?

I havn't the foggiest idea what this lad is like and it appears nobody else does, either, so we'll wait and see what he brings to the party. Maybe he could become permanent in January?

I hope, if we are talking to anyone else, it's the Portuguese lad from Wigan and that would complete the front 3 nicely.

Completely irrelevant!
Stock wasn’t getting a game when we signed him, neither was sharp, oster, Sullivan, marquis,
Maybe we shouldn’t have signed them
