All teams concede from set pieces.. sometimes the reason is the attacling side’s quality.?

It was nothing to do with quality. Marquis missed the header, it hits the post, it rebounds out and their played pokes it in from 1 yard out. The antithesis of anything to do with quality football.

Anderson is like a lamp post running through golden syrup.

TBF - I don't think he was bought for his speed and agility.....

So was it Marquis who headed onto his own bar or Anderson.

Crap 2-0

33' Taylor sends the ball in with a  pinpoint cross, Grant meets it with his head and Marosi can't keep it out of the net despite getting a hand to it. GET IN!

This is getting ridiculous, now. Just what are we doing in training?

As I said, they just need to apply a moderate amount of pace to get in behind our defense. Soft soft goals - and they could score a lot more here. Easily.

Gifted them two goals ... Marosi should have done better with the last goal but deary me ... Anderson, nowhere near good enough. Weak link for me.

Give it a rest, eh?

Totally agree - wouldn't want BR behind me in the trenches...

Anderson getting beat on pace every time. He looks clumsy on the ball.

Anderson just dived in and gives them a free kick 20 yds out ... which hits the post.

Rovers just haven't been up to it I am afraid. The commentators keep saying we haven't took our chances but we've only had one very good chance and they defended that very well. We've had shots from distance that wouldn't trouble an u11s Sunday league keeper.

At the other end its a nightmare, this defense would struggle to break the 2 minute mark in a 400m relay. They've got some very big, young, athletic lads upfront who are just running past us. You don't need any form of tactical genius to break our defense or 10 shots on goal. We look shakey from set-pieces. I would predict another coupe of goals for them in the 2nd half.

It's very hard to 'keep the faith' as some of you keep saying when we're second best by a distance.

So we can expect about twenty "comments from the Morecambe fans forum" later tonight.
Yawn.

Why would you ignore those comments if he's consistently performing well, hound?

It sounds like he would offer a lot more than Taylor/May at the moment.
