I doubt there will be more next week either. It is the last Saturday before Christmas and Oxford won’t bring many fans with them.
Regarding the kick off time, what a stupid idea it was to move the time to 12:15pm, with it being a race day and the second Saturday before Christmas, traffic around town was murder, I date say there would have been more there on the Friday night

It puzzles me why when we play Scunny, who invariably bring three men and a dog, we have an early Ko. When we play the Dingles, who will bring 3,000, it will be a 3pm Ko. Baffling.
It was freezing - I’m sure that put many off along with the kick off time. I’d be more concerned if I were a Scunthorpe fan... can’t muster more than 500 fans for their biggest game of the season. Shameful
At belle Vue we would have had 3500ish

FACT. When Wall played Rotherham earlier this season we were allocated 800 tickets and a 12.30 kick off on a Sunday. On Saturday we will be taking 2,000 to Stoke for a 3PM kick off. So the question is what is it that Stoke plod can do which SYP can't?
Bar the odd big game exception our home attendances always generally dip in the run up to Christmas time. It’s been the case for years, as I always adjust the fanzine print run for our pre-Christmas issue.
Noticed the cheers seemed very quiet when we scored as well, what a cracking club we have and the Doncaster public should be ashamed

My lad got chickenpox for what should have been his first rovers game. I was gutted. Watched it online though. My son's attention (he's 5) lasted for all of a minute so at least it prepared.me for when we go to see them next Sat instead
