We can sit back and watch how palace get on in their league over the next few weeks.Surely they will want league safety over the fa cup. It certainly makes for an interesting game line up if they fall into relegation over the next couple of weeks.Meantime one of our key players whiteman is on 9 yellows and walks a tightrope in the lead up to the cup game. Does any player get booked intentionally?
I don't care about their priorities, whatever team Woy puts out will be too big, strong and athletic for us. And that's before taking into account our specific defensive vulnerabilities which play almost perfectly into Palace's hands. We really struggle to defend aerial balls into our box obviously including corners and runners with the ball. They'll also more than likely field some fringe players who will be hungry to make a case for starting in the EPL like for example Connor Wickham who scored for them this weekend and who has previously netted a hat-trick against us.
Are bookings competition specific ? Was Butler injured or suspended (sorry genuine question)

Therefore looking at the above it only shows Butler and Whiteman on 9 bookings no mention of Kane?So if either get a card they will miss two league games not the cup game.Kane may fall into that category.?

Hopefully, with the prem sides having only 32 games before 10 yellows are okay compared to our 37 games, plus the FA being incompetent, he could slip by... shhh!

By the way did you notice Palace fielded a team of big, strong and athletically built players in comparison to us? Additionally did you see Jeffrey Schlupp (fringe player btw) pick the ball up just inside our half and run virtually unchallenged into our box before scoring, admittedly a deflected goal? You must've seen their their 2nd goal which came from an aerial ball into our box where our defence failed to pickup 2 of Palace's attackers who were waiting to pounce onside and unmarked (scorer was Meyer one of their fringe players btw)? Thought so. Yes I got the score wrong but I genuinely thought they'd put at least 4 past us. I'm glad that I was wrong and that they didn't as I thought we went about our game well and to concede 4 would've been a harsh lesson our efforts didn't deserve.
