I noticed with my card details that it had put all of the expiry date into the box for month - it’s hard to notice as the extra bit is obscured
I bet that was my problem then. I've used the laptop before so maybe use that again for Wembley to save the stress!

Isn't this the software that was recently installed?
As long as the club learns from mistakes it might remove problems in the long run. The higher the league and bigger the gate the more efficient we need to be.

Does anyone know where you pick tickets up from that are ordered online?

Why didn’t you just pay £1 for delivery? That’s the sensible option.

Received home and away tickets today - pity they had to be separate orders as club could have saved an envelope/postage

3858 left now, 5483 sold? Could be a lot of people not expecting they'd be on sale till tomorrow, otherwise I think those extra 800 are as good as in the post to Charlton with W32/3 being extra options for us.

I had a weird one. I have my card details stored for each time I use the ticket site. Always worked very well. Tonight, it defaulted to my company credit card. Which, obviously, I have never used to buy a ticket. Very odd.

The online system was excellent. I think it's amazing that you can actually choose your seat. I noticed that the west stand was filling up fast. Don't miss out guys.

Very easy statement to make. To be honest I don't think many, including our fans give us much of a chance of doing anything given the gap between us and the rest along with the form of Charlton.

Im surprised at the lack of take up so far but I think the club have made a mistake by limiting it to one per season ticket holder etc

There is time but I would be surprised if we sell 4000 tickets tomorrow. I'm guessing the club are looking for that sort of number to hold onto those being held back

Normally from the ticket office

As above if you are collecting before Match day

However on Match days you go to the little office attached to South Stand Reception. Go past Reception and turn immediately left and there will be 3 windows and for big games 3 people dishing the Tickets out

All the regulars who want to/can go to this game will be able to get tickets.. some can’t go on Sundays for all sorts of reasons, and not least us to the short notice of this fixture’s precise date and time.

One of our regular group of 3 can’t make it.

I just counted 3385 left online.. I estimate the usual blocks available add up to around 10,000 so that means approx 6600 sold - unless people knew that the general sale was brought forward yesterday there may be many looking to buy today..

I’m in town later on so thought I’d go pick my ticket up, theres no point now really if I have to join the ticket office queue, you’d think itsould be the other way round

Yes, it would be a great idea if people picking tickets could do that away from the slow moving ticket queue. Although it is usually quiet in the late afternoon, given past experiences.

I have, the reply was vague, collection from the box office, now is the box office the ticket office, or the windows Wolfie refers to, first time I’ve ordered online so not familiar with the collection process

Box office is the ticket office.

Does it really matter if you have to queue for a bit? Not every year we are treated to big games like these play-off matches is it?

The Box Office IS the Ticket Office. Cant remember if it actually says it inside on the wall but it DOES say it outside

I ordered Monday and even though it was Bank Holiday they were hard at it when I went to collect my Ticket later that day           All Tickets bought today can be collected today at the Box/Ticket Office

If you cant collect till Sunday there may be queues at the Box Office / Ticket Office and so Tickets preordered get collected from the 3 window place (where we sell Coach Tickets as well at times for big away days) to the right of South Stand Reception (opposite bike sheds).

Hope this is still all correct otherwise I will look a right plank ! (Insert jokes here .......................)

Charlton have now sold their 3001 and are awaiting permission (from Rovers) to sell the 781 Tickets they have earmarked for them.

So they have 3001 and we have roughly 5700 so far with about 3000 left for sale (all my own figures - so dont go betting on the Gate using them please)
