As a guess i think the board would sanction this deal regardless of McCann position. I doubt he will be on much wage and is worth the risk.

Middleton however is likely to be more signifcant in terms of finances and may not be willing to confirm the signing until they know what is happening with McCann.

I would’ve thought a normal approach would be just to say thanks for the info let’s see what happens.
Not all the over the top stuff asking how do you know, and then laughing because something didn’t come true

Because there is no reference sourcing.. no link to twitter or the DFP for example.

At least with SM you know he has a direct link with the club.

If other people claim to be in the know then surely we can question where this comes from?  If the poster gives a reasonable explanation then fair enough, but this one didn’t..

I knew someone who worked within the club and spoke to the players and manager every week. And whenever I posted something I just got aggressive, arrogant, clever replies.
