Personally think it’ll be Appleton but I’d like the job to be given to Healey.

Well it isn't gonna be Cliff Byrne if he's gone Hull with McCann is it...

I'd go for heckington Higginbottom - do we all remember when Lee Johnson left Barnsley (to the relief of many) how Johnson never got sacked earlier on that massive losing run we'll  never know.

I actually like him !! comes across really well and the kind of team Rovers are after is that type that he managed at Barnsley, with a lot of young uns to sell on in time.

With hinsight he was just used as a stop gap manager til they got Biesi or whatever his name is.

Chris Hughton is way out of our league, but even if he wasn't, I wouldn't want him because everyone seems insistent on calling him "Houghton" for reasons I don't quite understand.

My mate is a barnsley season ticket holder and he said Flitcroft is a bood manager and plays good attractive football and would do us a good job, but I still can't vote for a Dingle

I can't see Heckingbottom leaving Hibs 4 months into a 3.5 year contract.

David Healy is an interesting suggestion. He's done very well in Ireland.

I voted for SOD but a bit far fetched and highly unlikely to happen - of the others Appleton is for me the attractive option & the board might feel like appointing him as he missed out to Dickov in 2013

Why is Kenny Jackett on that poll.
He isn’t going to leave Pompey for us is he.

Mentioned him before, Derek Adams - fairly sure he's free? Not my first choice but can bet he'll apply, could do a good job with the squad we have.

Wouldn't be a bad shout. Had a bad season with Plymouth last season, but seems to have done well prior to that.

The problem is he’s a bit of a Kitson

Lee Carsley is some way down the betting. Interesting cv, a fair amount of good coaching experience and some decent stints as caretaker manager at various levels.

No thank you BRR don’t like him and he would not be a popular choice amongst our fans.
Quite the opposite in fact. Hence no votes on this poll  ;)
Just noticed he isn’t even on the Poll. I think that says it all really.

Nigel Adkins left hull because the budget was rubbish. Don’t think he will come here and work on our budget

That isn't what he said, though it is the assumption that many are making.  He said their futures are not aligned, whatever that means.  After a month of negotiation on a contract extension you would have thought that the budget came up early in that conversation.

Know Billy Russell, there’s no way he’d go for it, likes the quiet life.

Utterly loathsome fella and I don't feel he'd be a good fit for us.

I've got family who are WBA season ticket holders and they said there was a steady decline in the quality of football under Bruno.  Didnt happen all at once but he definitely changed the style of play to something that they didnt quite like.
