I also like the idea of Healey however him signing a two year deal last week essentially rules him out.

I'd appoint Derek Adams but only after christmas
Your referring to 2017/18 though.
Last season they nosedived after Christmas. Well after Feb.

What about Gomez and Morticia?
Who?

I think they are from the same family.

I’d be more worried about the votes for May. She couldn’t run a f**king bath never mind a country or a football club

Whoever mentioned Gary McSheffrey has made a good shout. Would be a bit of a gamble and I don’t know if he has the relevant coaching badges yet. I would like to see us go for an up and coming coach and I think he would get the respect of the players.

The thought of Theresa May in the bath is not one I was hoping to be conjured this evening.

All this talk about all the possible contenders except the current front runner Nigel Adkins
Nobody seems to mention him?

I’d be amazed if we could lure him.

Perhaps it may not be such a long shot. He walked from the Hull job because by sounds of it they just want to “survive” in the championship and make a few million on transfers in the process. Perhaps Adkins would rather be battling for promotion in the league below and be able to build his own team with a patiently run club? I’d love him to get the job here.

It's a shame that we don't have the capability to run a poll where you can choose every manager that you would consider acceptable.

I think that was be a more telling appraisal

She might be a lousy Prime Minister but I'd rather see Theresa in the Rovers dugout than Fatty Evans.

(Mind you, I wouldn't let her anywhere near transfer negotiations...)
