Keep getting a problem with Queue-it. Rejected queue number?!? then straight to this page isn't working.  :crying:

Anyone got a work around?

Entered my code, amount changes to £0.00 but nothing happens when I click Pay

Any ideas?

I am in - thank goodness - I would consider myself tech savvy but that is not an easy process.

Have you entered your card details? I know it might sound daft, but it won't let you "pay" with your code without.

Yes card details are saved from previous game

game now on?   That suggests that it was in major doubt? Which it never was. .,

It's charged me £10 when I have a code. I was on the page for putting in the information and code, clicked "choose existing payment method" since you need to put it through as if you're paying with your card, then it just automatically went through to a page saying my purchase had been successful and, from what I can see in the e-mail confirmation, it's just charged me a tenner even though the code was in.

Where do I go to get this sorted out?

I'm pretty sure I've paid £10 when I have a code. Email the ticket office.

I think I still had to put in my security number (whatever the three digits on the back are called).

The trick is not to use existing payments , as that possibly charges you immediately,  like the one click amazon payments.  Use the new card option,  which if your phone is new enough will still know of your previous card details.  Enter code then apply, and you can see that the balance is zero before you hit buy/purchase.  Deviating from this plan can cause issues. .

Cheers J, I've e-mailed them. Pretty annoyed to be honest by this issue (as correctly described by adamtherover) as it shouldn't be set up to do that and I'm pretty low on money as it's three days before I get paid for this month.

The trick is, to use the code as soon as you get it, you then have 48 hours to iron out any issues

Seen a few others on here say they've been refunded pretty quickly when this has happened to them, so hopefully you get sorted out soon.

Sod's law, it'll go back in on payday.

There was a very good description of what to do on the email that came with the code. I followed this and it worked seamlessly.

If any button doesn't work the EFL advice is to go through the process again, don't use the existing payment information but to enter it again. Then you can use the code properly.

Thats what happened to me.

It really shouldn’t be this difficult.

Info from the EFL;

if you have used existing card as a payment method

As long as you have entered your code and clicked apply and the value is o.oo at the bottom, then scroll back up and click the big red button that says pay using this card

Didn’t work but entering card details again did.

As soon as I clicked on "use existing payment method" it just auto completed the whole thing and charged me. It shouldn't do that really.

Tracy replied to my email query immediately so can't fault the Rovers side of things, excellent service. The way it is set up is daft though as that option should be there as a convenience, yet it's causing issues where none should be.

It all changes just after the Crewe game.

Instead of codes it will be done on registered email addresses.
