Just going to put this out here, if we keep him until the end of the season and keep him fit...... we’re playing championship football next season, he was a stand out tonight.

Unplayable at times in the 2nd half. Also Whitman seems to always find him in space

Best sort of game, we win 4-1 and its really, really, hard to decide who was man of the match. My lad and I gave it to Sims in the end but could have been Whiteman or John. Everyone had a good game.

Am now officially totally over excited for the rest of this season....

I liked look of Smith when he got into the game, very busy and think he will compliment what we have already quite well in midfield.

That was as good a performance as I've seen from us in years.

And Smith was my MoM. He's exactly the midfield terrier we've needed. Gives Gomes and Whiteman the space to hurt the opponents.

Actually Whiteman was MoM.

Or Halliday. Or John.

Maybe Gomes.

Anderson didn't put a foot wrong.

Though brad was excellent. Would have capped the night of if that shot had just dipped under the bar in the second half

That will have cemented the squad even more tonight and you have to feel happy for Feiji who will be boosted after two good back to back performances and that well struck goal .Hallyday ! What a terrier he is !

As good as the TEAM were, Ipswich were S@*&e, and I mean proper S@*&e..we even scored for em...

I can't make my mind up from that 90 mins, I was confident we would rip this league a new one before, but now :boxing:

Often's the case when a player was unplayable. Rare's the case when the whole team was unplayable. Tonight was one of those rare cases.

I couldn't pick a MOM. From Bursiks great distribution right through the team, they were all exceptional.

No chance of picking a MoM out of that performance, I can just see Big Daz sat watching later on and purring to himself. Great game.

Come on Steve, I've been a fan for a fair few years, and not nearly as long as some on here, but that is nowhere near what the potential of this team can achieve.
It is a great result against a team that is going to be up there, but league one be aware, were gonna kick you in the knackers and score four past yer as your holding em!

Ruthless....

They weren't shite for the first 20 minutes. I thought we were going to get a proper towsing the way they started off. Slick, fast passing. Hard press. Getting the ball into dangerous areas.

Then we settled down and made them look shite.
