Yeah good luck with that Dazza.

They were both shite! We would beat both of them. Wanted a Rotherscum win tonight but let's hope the both go winless for the rest of the season!!

we sacrificed our shape for piling attackers on, yet didn't have any strategy to get it to them. it should have been out wide, ping it in, quick to the wings and fast balls in to the box for the forwards to scrap over. but instead we were ambling along, no shape, no direction. -Sound familiar?
Darren has now seen the shambles that is SWFC....   waiting to hear the post game comments... he needs to rip into these "players" - Rip in Darren Moore?
Positive is Moore knows L1 and that was what we was brought in for. - Save the best till last!!

I wouldn’t be too surprised if he was sacked by Easter. Can’t see him getting any points before then apart from maybe Huddersfield

All South Yorkshire clubs that play in red won in this weeks mid week games, the one club that doesn’t lost

One club from Sheffield won with ten men, the other lost against ten men

Over to the Wednesday forum to view the meltdown

Do you have a link? It will be like free porn

Some of that is f*ck*ng hilarious!

By the way, that winning goal came directly from Potters Corner - which is, incidentally, the name of this years grand national winner - You heard it here first - get on at 25/1 while you can!

We were terrible. No two ways about it. If DM isn’t wondering to himself what the hell he’s done then there’s something wrong. My feeling is that he’s been brought in to get us out of League 1 next season, however with the crap that we’ve got playing for us at the moment, I can only see another relegation to League 2. Yes, we really are that bad!!

Anyway, great win for you guys last night against Pompey. That’s never an easy game. It’s certainly onwards and upwards for you.

Was it just me or did the Wednesday bloke who flicked the ball into the GK for their goal look miles offside when the ball went in as well? They didn’t even analyse it or show a camera angle that would show it.

There is plenty more where that came from isn't there?

In terms of Moore bollocking players anyone of a certain age remember the famous Thatcher cabinet and the immortal quote about Geoffrey Howe? "Its like being savaged by a dead sheep" apt or what?

Let's not forget... His last bit of business was to sign Bostock.

I took great pleasure in them losing tonight, but that comment of the Wednesday forum is pathetic.

How can you judge anybody in any profession and rate them as inept after just 90 minutes, pretty harsh really.

Although I think they will be relegated and he’s made a massive error leaving us for them.

f**king hell, it’s ok when you’re near the top and getting regular results, but it must be difficult to take anything from that if you’re a Wednesday fan and you see your team in dire straights.

Btw - was the game TONIGHT does anyone know?!  :silly:

We played a lot better without DM's shackles on, good luck you'll need it ,you'll soon get fed up of his boring , evasive interviews and his reluctance to change his style and formation.

Stocksbridge I feel for you, but as said get used to this drivel, a disaster if you want a leader to get you out of the mess you are in, dare I say it McCann would have had more fight. Moore is a soft spoken waffler, there, you have it...

This reminded me of our home game against Blackpool last season, drawing 1-1 deep into injury time and we win a corner. DM sends all the big defenders up to get the winner, but a sh#t corner is turned into attack and 10 seconds later  Armand Gnaduillet is nodding a winner past a flapping lawlor.
P.S at least it wasn't against 10 men.

OK lads and lasses. We've had our fun and justice has been served.

We now move on. Time to forget about DM just as quickly as he forgot about us. Let our energy be focused on our team and the values the Andy Butler brings to our fine football club!

I have said this tonight to my mate who's an Owl. I believe he has been brought in to rebuild but with the hope that its done playing Championship football next season. Make no mistake he will move the club forward to a certain degree, I imagine he will balance the books in pre season regardless of what league you are in and bring together a squad who will be united. I think you only have to look at our squad to know he has a good eye for a player whilst working within a budget. But taking those players and building for a promotion from League One next season is another question. Personally I dont think hes capable of that. I genuinley believe he would have failed in promotion if he had stayed with us and feel our squad were properly going through the motions and just looking at the performance last night the hunger was back and the players looked like they enjoyed it. I also dont think hes capable of getting you out of relegation this season either though. Very good coach. Poor manager IMO. May well prove me wrong.

Fair comments there. I hope tonight we just focus on rovers now. What will ve will be. He has lost the respect he had  from rovers fans and we move on.

I wish owls the best but not a hope in hell of them staying up this season

Yep. That's all I wanted as a footnote to his decision to leave.

It's "Darren who?" now.

I liked him and thought he was different, made of something better. He isn't.

Remember, we are in The Magic Hat Era now. That's where the focus goes now 100%
