I don't think it's a political thing. There have always been people like this, it's just that there's more of them now, but then again there are more of everyone.

There are around 1.5m homes without the internet, I guess a few of them may be poor families?
It doesn't help that secondary schools peddle donuts, giant cookies, sugary drinks etc through their canteens as a matter of course. This conditions kids from a very impressionable age.Is it too obvious a step to ban this kind of cr*p from schools?
