My backs been bothering me a bit for days. Woke up at 4 this morning in severe pain. It's one of those muscles that go down each side. Not sciatica or a slipped disc, I've had those. Can't find a position to get comfy in. Never mind.
Put some voltarol on it, but ain't got much faith in that.

Anyway a 15 second 3.
