We don't have to be looking at every player having a resale value. That would mean missing out on experienced pros from higher leagues bringing their vast experience of which we had many over the years.

It's all about the right balance and blend of youth and experience.

Adam Clayton is certainly shaping up to be a good player for us

Has been a very creative player with a few goals in him.
Yes he will be past his peak but ability is permanent. If he is fit and has the right attitude, wants another promotion on his CV then why not?
