Well the original home colours where blue and yellow, it matches with the other 2 clubs with club doncaster who traditionally both wore blue and yellow and if you make it blue and yellow hoops its equally as unique as the red and white hoops

Looks like RSW can’t bear to look at it

Thought the same. On second glance he is thinking “what the f**k”.

It might not look too bad from a distance when watching the game. But it's a huge no as a fashion item i'm afraid.

Was hoping for something like the Vicenza shirt's. Hopefully one year

It’s an old Hull city top but green and black instead of orange and black.

Well it is certainly bold.

Maybe it will dazzle the opposition?

I really like it, from a distance it forms a 'wavy check' effect - agree with the comments that this might be one of those that goes down in history - buy an extra one and get it on ebay for a fortune in 15 years - that's Reg's top financial tip of the day!!!

As a slight aside, on the kit pic that Gloster posted, why can't I remember the Celtic kit from 13/14, all the others I recognise but that one must have passed me by!!

Pretty certain that green and white hoops from 13/14 never actually existed. We did wear green and white hoops for one game against Crystal Palace in aid of NSPCC, but that was a few years earlier and the kit was made by Vandanel, not Avec.

I do think blue and yellow hoops would look quite smart, I reckon that's what my lad submitted for the competition for this year's third kit. As has been said it ties in with Club Doncaster. Didn't the Dons adopt red and white as their away colours after starting to ground share with Rovers?

We could always duplicate the England cricket one day kit................... which I personally think is positively shocking.

It’s a bit jazzy for me but it is slowly growing on me.

Hopefully the back is just plain and then we can see numbers and names.

The majority ( I would think it was a majority of posters on this forum ) seemed to want a green away kit.
Well we have got one.
Think we have always done well in green.
The Bremner era and that season in 2012/13 culminating in that never to be forgotten day at Brentford.

No sign of the Man City type shirt from the late 70’s on that pic, or the brown away shirt
