It is starting to feel like this could be a season of 'might have been's'. Despite having some undoubtedly good players we continue to play without intelligence and without learning. That, to me, is a serious warning sign.

Molyneux is looking decent tonight.
Two good shots, one saved and one hitting the post.
He reminds me of McIndoe the way he moves with the ball.

Soon as we go back to 1 up top we become absolutely clueless! Put 2 up top and we will beat these!

We need someone to get a grip of controlling our possession and directing our play.  Clayton isn’t doing it, he’s disappointing so far.

Clayton has been shocking for the last month. Biggins just plays i back, Seaman is non league standard. Only Molyneux came away there with any credit. Sort it out GM!!

What do we change at half time? Move to 442? Close on for seaman? Agard on?

Lumping it up front continuously. Apart from being ineffective, it’s also thoroughly boring to watch. Change it McS or expect criticism.

Too many key players out..  we’ve half a decent first team missing and it shows.

I’m sure the manager would prefer some of those players to be available!

We are playing the 2nd worst side in the game.

We don't press when there defence has the ball. Then they still find players with 15 yards of space 30 yards out from our goal.

We have no energy, no organisation, absolutely zero physical presence anywhere on the pitch.

That half, considering who we are playing, was as bad as anything in the past 3 years. Utterly unacceptable.

Big improvement needed second half, this is absolute rubbish. If the management can't see that launching the ball to a lone striker who has barely won a header isn't working & changing it then I despair. Clayton needs to come off he's way off the pace, they're just passing through our midfield to players in space in front of our defenders with ease.

These are bottom of the football league and look streets ahead of us very worrying half that , big 45 for GM as a loss and display like that second half could be a nail in the old coffin for him

Pitch has held up the ball a lot and we appeared to struggle with the conditions a bit. Midfield has been very short and Griffiths can't hold the ball up at all.  Needs a rethink completely. Not sure why Molyneux moved, he was getting joy through the middle.

Oh and it's rained under a roof!

My first away game tonight. Absolutely awful. There is no quality on show anywhere on the pitch, and even less drive or determination.

Apart from Molyneux, surely?  He’s the one looking dangerous..

Why not..  he must be a bit of an unknown quantity to the opposition.  Give the lad a chance,  can’t be any worse..

I agree, if any other player had played like Clayton for a month they would of been dropped

With the changes and the weather this was likely to be a scrappy affair. And that's the thing, we have to be prepared to scrap.

Would deffo take a point before the match. Nothings changed.

The number of times that you see Mitchell safe possession going straight to the opposition, he really needs to work on distribution, he is awful at it.
