It's their kids. A 16 year old is on a hat trick.

GM hasn't got any tactical ability we know that. He hasn't got a style or belief we know that and now we know he can't motivate a team. Terrible.

Interview will be interesting. Who's fault is it now? Which players are getting told they aint good enough. Only so long till you've blamed everyone but yourself

Are we sure Salford didn't pull a fast one and we ended up with Ken Barlow?

This Josh Martin lads sounds decent. 2 goals, 2 assists. Worth a punt?

All 4 goals shocking defending from Williams.
He looks totally bereft of any confidence.

No midfield whatsoever.
Ravenhill Barlow May as well not be playing.
Griffiths 1st touch is shocking.

Biggins can’t play this deep role in midfield.

Thin GM should do the decent thin and walk.
He has killed any belief these players had if they had any.
He has got to go as there is only one way he is taking us.

I thought teams have to play a certain amount of players who played in the previous 1st team game

No chance he’s going to walk. Needs someone at the club to swallow their pride and get rid. Get a manager with experience in and give him chance to assess the squad before January

To give him his due, he didn’t celebrate either goal. Respect. But then again he was probably still in shock as to how easy it was to score against us. :)

He'll be having his HT Cuppa , laughing and telling his team mates how we wanted him back, but he stuck two fingers up at us.

Steve Jones saying that this is the youngest Barnsley side in their entire history.

Regarding Williams, I have said many times on here that he's one of the worst CBs I've ever seen in a Rovers shirt, and I've been lambasted for it.

I’m expecting the Dingles keeper to walk out carrying a deckchair for the second half. And a good book to read. At least it will give him something to do

Agree entirely. Slow, cumbersome, can’t read the game, poor ball control … could go on.

GM won’t walk he is looking to get the sack so he can get his payout then say the board didn’t support him even though most of the team are now his players

An abysmal performance by poor players, not surprising when most of them got to Rovers via free transfers and trials as they had no club. But that is the budget managers are dealt at Rovers, that's why they leave so often in recent years.

I get the theoretical idea of there being value in promoting from within or someone with an attachment to the club, buying into what we are about, loyalty, family club, all that stuff. But since McCann we have only employed people who have previously played for us. This is surely not normal. Even the guy nominally employing the people who used to play for us, used to play for us. Is this the selection criteria? Doesn’t seem the widest pool.

Cheapness is what Rovers are all about now, "but we are financially viable" garbage, we operate on lower and lower budgets because the board don't want a football club.

The board don’t want a football club? Come on, that’s b*llocks and you know it is.

Things are not going well, and much as I wanted to give McSheffrey a go, clearly it’s not working out.

But to say the owners don’t want a football club. A bit ridiculous, mate.

Imagine if Miller or Hurst pick up a knock now. It's actually negligent to our season to risk them at this stage imo

Their main sport is......Rugby Union. The owner has been seen more often at Pocklington RUFC than at Rovers.

We got to stop this rot, this woodworm that’s in our club and have a sit back and think what can be done to improve things, it’s a lot more serious that just having a poor manager, things off the field are way from rosy

Mitchell, Hurst, Miller, Agard, Molyneux, Clayton and also Knoyle the attacker (not the defender) are showing to be good enough. The jury is out on Long & Biggins ( Bigggins is being ruined as a holding midfielder and is frustrated)
The rest are just not up to the standard, or are seriously underperforming.
