Looks like a 5-3-1-1 to me with Molyneux playing in the hole behind Miller

Bit strange as our "wingbacks" never really get up the wing.

Yes they do, especially Knoyle who has had a few assists this season too.

Crewe commentary predicting an optimistic 1-1 draw and saying they are happy with that?

I know we have changed the manager but have they not seen our performances of late, and they are at home.

Crewe 1 up. Easy header to top corner of the net.

14 | A deep cross finds Tariq Uwakwe at the back post. He sends the ball back into the middle where Courtney Baker-Richardson loops a header over Jonathan Mitchell

1-0

We’ve been very timid so far, no aggression or pace.

Crewe seem far faster than us and want to get stuck in. Commentator says their first goal for some time.

The midfield is awful. So easily bullied and outrun.

Someone should send a memo to Close, tell him there's a game going on. Long not good enough.

We don’t have the players to play 2 centre midfielders. All too old or lightweight.

Rowe could be an answer he’s a bit more action and mobile than Clayton who I’m sorry I’d just done as a pro player now
