What an abysmal first half that was from Rovers.

A few weeks ago I said Gillingham, then bottom of the league, would have more points than Rovers by the end of the season (they had just been bought out and were having substantial money to spend), they are currently 1 point below Rovers, beating the top of the league 1-0. What a difference an owner makes eh?

Awful. Kind of looks like a bunch of kids from the park, running around trying to get the ball from grown up professional footballers, who are having a knock about and a laugh with the kids.

Although he scored a couple of times Barlow is absolute dogs. No way would he be getting a contract.

After each game you think it can’t get any worse, and it does, how this clown keeps his job is baffling

As accurate a description as you'll get of that first half. What a joke we have become over the last few years.

these are professional, well paid footballers.
its what they do for a living.
if they are playing for the manager ill eat my hat.
if there was ever any evidence that he has lost the dressing room, as well as the plot, its being presented right before our eyes this evening.

The owner the chairman, copps and schofield should be ashamed at the squad we have assembled

Yep, and I said the same thing about Gillingham going past us before the season ends.
I think it is stitched on now.

You do know that you shouldn’t write stuff like that in case Schofield comes on here and reads it.

does it matter.?
hasnt enough damage already been done.?
anger is turning to apathy by supporters.
i dont think even some miraculous turnaround in the second half changes much if anything

The sad thing is, Stevenage are god damn awful, that how far we have fallen, being bossed by Stevenage for gods sake!
He needs to get more bodies in midfield and get control of the ball more and we may have half a chance, but we know he won't change anything because it's not in the process!!

Bit controversial this but, the more i watch Faulkner the more I think he isnt good enough. And I know the team around him do him no favours at all but hes not great technically and positionally he is all over the place. Next season will be a big one for him in my opinion. James, Long, Close, Ravenhill, Agard also nowhere near good enough. Mitchell, Molyneux, Barlow, Hurst squad players at best.

Unless Nelson is injured, Long staying on as opposed to Nelson just shows how clueless Schofield is.

Good to see Baldwin and Lockwood having a good laugh, as we hit the ball out once again.

52 | First effort on target of the evening for Rovers. Lovely lay off from Jack Goodman sends Kyle Hurst racing towards the box. He breaks the line and fires on goal from an angle but Thimothee Lo-Tutala is behind it

You pays your money and takes your choice - they only beat wimbledon 2-1 was it last match

Gillingham who are NOW  a far better team than them only beat us 1-0

and Gillingham were 3/1 yesterday to beat Orient and their home form since the Pied Pipers intervention is "unbelievable Jeff"   orient really ave some stiff games to come and might play like dead men like we did when we got promotion early under Fergie

The contracted players for next season in the first half are  Faulkner Long Molyneux Close and Hurst these as Copps has said part of a strong squad. He was a legend as a footballer but he’s no idea as a hof. The rest don’t deserve a contract let’s hope we don’t give them one.
