We were lucky not to concede again there - dangerous cross in front of goal goes past 2 of our defenders.

Just hold this score until half-time and we might, just might, get something in the second half if G.M. lays it on a bit thick!

Joe's always reminded me of Joe Wright. Bags of potential and technical skills, but a disastrous mistake always just around the corner.

I don't know if it's lack of concentration or a lack of composure.

Careful. I said exactly that last week and had a pile on screaming that I knew f**k all about football.

He’s had a bad game, happens to lot better players than him.
He was outstanding in midweek.

We must have had a 20 minute spell where we couldn’t get past their forward line. I’d be surprised if they keep this intense  pressure up.

Stop making excuses Dickos. We're 3 nil down at half time to a club that's skint and a team that'll probably finish in the bottom third of this division.

Our lot need the riot act reading to them.

Half time 3-0 probably not the best half we’ll see this season (hopefully) I feel that if the score doesn’t change then the doom mongers on this forum will be out in force later, or right now to be honest

It's happened to him on a fairly regular basis for two years. That's the point. No one questions his abilities. But you have to view the whole player, not just dismiss the mistakes.

To get past the payment issue on ifollow you need to remove duplicates of your cards on your account that it adds every time for some reason.

Then when you’re left with your card details just once, pay by clicking on “choose existing payment method”

Neither centre half has been great, really not sure about Richard Wood, he doesn't fit the team for me.

That half was as bad as we saw all last season, Biggins has looked like he’s never kicked a ball in his life

Just not good enough in the first half, they should be playing for their wages in the second, they are not worth paying as professionals if they turn up and do this, and that includes the management. The second half has to see Rovers start to perform with some speed and aggression, keep the ball and score at least one without conceding more. It is very doubtful that they will come away from this match with anything but shame, Something needs drastically changing.

They don't need to keep it up they have the 3 goals they need, they won't have to run around like crazy they can sit back and block everything we come up with.

We will be lucky if we score 2

Said last week that the team performance against Harrogate looked very similar to the stuff that was served up last season, at least pre-Salford when the wheels well and truly fell off.

The performance against Hull was great, but a completely different dynamic to any game we'll play in L2.

Sounds like we're just picking up from where we left off. Worryingly we still don't seem to have the attributes to out-compete L2 sides.

Before he signed the West Brom lad, his priority should have been an absolute sh1thouse in midfield. We’re such a soft touch!

Bloody hell, could’ve been 6 down at HT. Agree with those saying a bit of the same as recent years with our back line being exposed by a lightweight midfield and it not sticking up top.

Interested to see how we come out in the second half.

Their commentators got it right when one asked the other " not sure what system Rovers are Play " the reply was  " six's and seven's ".

49' ⏱️ | Goal Newport.

Will Evans is afforded too much time and space on the edge of the box and he finds the bottom left corner for his second of the game.

4-0
