FULL TIME | Forest Green 1 Rovers 2

Two absolute beauties from Harrison Biggins and Ben Close, as well as a last minute save from Louis Jones, give Grant McCann's side a first win of the Sky Bet League Two season!

GET IN THERE!

Not sure we're in a position to be querying the artistic interpretation!

With all the bad luck we have had with deflections, we deserve a bit of luck going for us and finally it arrived!

Second best for much of the second half, probably just edged it in the first half. But a win is a win and about time.

Onwards and upwards on to Tuesday and the game versus Everton U21’s the home on Saturday.

It wasn’t daylight robbery. We stopped playing sat back, and let them back in. It proved if we had carried on as we did first half we would have probably scored more.

That said they had 26 shots. That is simply not good enough from us.

Let’s just say it was a bit fortunate but Close’s cross was always going to cause their defence a problem. Anyway about time we had a bit of luck

Wins a win, we've played well and lost enough this season to know that.

Bbc isn’t calling it a final score - the feed updating their scores isn’t working, it’s the same on sky sports website too.

I know they weren’t calling it final score , I was saying it hadn’t updated the scores.
All the scores in the PL and Championship had been updated though.
