How can a business be allowed to lose £100m per year jeez.Bet the other clubs are bricking it
Not really been following it closely but what have they actually done exactly, other than creative accountancy? If they are guilty of 1 financial breach equates to -10 points. How many points deduction will Man City receive for their alleged discrepancies? Imo I don’t think the FA have the balls to take on Manchester City’s ownership .
Doesn’t feel right how quickly it seems to have happened for Everton when the most obvious example of it is City who have over 100 charges but still haven’t had any punishment. For fairness I’d like all historic cases to be resolved on the same date. Points and punishments for all offenders issued in the same season then draw a line under it and do a much better job of policing it in the present from then on. Really hope city get a huge punishment like relegation to national league but I can’t see it. It’ll be a case of if you can afford the best accountants and lawyers you can do what you want.

Alternatively, the strategy may be to establish precedent on one of the less wealthy clubs and then use it on the big boys.
Apparently some of Man City's charges include things such as the grass being too long and the soft drinks being flat. So not all charges are financial.
