Appealed it to the point a 3 window bans become a 1 day ban.

What have they been late paying? And to clarify, does this mean we cannot pay a transfer fee for any player in these windows?  (not that we do much anyway)
We can still sign players but only on frees or loans?

Hardly affects us really, we don’t pay fee’s, but you have to wonder what the hell is going on?

As someone else has said, we're looking more tinpot as the months go by.

We can only pay fees 3 times per window.

Zero effect on our transfer policy.

What's crazy is I bet the legal fees involved in appealing the decision are way more than what the amounts that were outstanding.

Crazy by the management team, the judgement reads as if it was a deliberate act not to pay Brighton because they thought they would get away with it. Jokers.

Changed the title from ban to restriction.

Still, wouldn't it be nice if things that make us look like an absolute circus didn't pop up.

Especially on the last day of the window when a lot of us are questioning our business/ambition.

Loan fees to Brighton

Great!  That'll do our prospects of getting loans incoming a power of good.

No, it means the punishment of not being able to pay fees in summer 2024 and winter 2025 is suspended as long as the offence isn't repeated.

Why payments are being made late is a different question....

So it seems we were late paying 3 different invoices from Brighton and also it's not our first offence but we weren't punished the last time. If I read it correctly not only can we not spend transfer fees but also not any loan fees.

Makes the club look completely amateurish  really doesn't it.

Actions aren't matching the words given by club.

With results and everything else going on at club, it is all looking very worrying.

Just in time payments that construction business make. It looks like TB has decided to pay late now. Having to put more money in the budget to get us to a mid table budget this season then it looks like fines we have had have not been paid on time.

What a f**king mess we are.

So much for all this business acumen we have on the board.

Might explain why our activity this month has been mostly loans, and questionable ones at that.

If it was Todd Miller, surely Brighton should have paid us

Don't worry Lads and Lasses, somebody will be along shortly to tell us everything's fine.

I’m sure we’ll be told it was an admin error that was someone else’s fault given the continual lack of accountability that seems to run through the club.

I'm sure we'll be told it's an admin issue, similar to when the winding up petition was issued.

Was this under the direction of our previous Chairman, or is it down to Gavin?

It never occured to me that we would be paying Brighton for Miller.

I thought we were doing them a favour by taking him off their hands, and doing the player a favour by giving him exposure.

Just shows how rumours he cost us nothing were false doesn't it....

BUT, this is amateur at best. Either they messed up, or the funds were so low they chose not to pay the bills.  Serious questions of the club on this one for me!

Is it Miller or does it go back to Taylor Richards
Free press are saying it’s Miller but the person involved in the error as left the club.

But the sanction was on this window so we could only sign free transfers. McGrath and loans

I've heard there's been some office shuffling, people leaving and so on that won't get reported as it's nothing to do with the first team. Could be an accountant that's messed up maybe?
