Since we returned to the Football League in 2003 we have had some spectacular records that rank alongside the best in the club’ s history. For example• Second highest points in a season (92 in 2003-04) behind only 1946-47 (equivalent of 105 at 3 per win)• Establishing ourselves at tier 2 (3 successive seasons minimum) for only the second time in our history• In 2009-10, the highest League position in national pyramid since our first ever league season of 1901-02• Reaching 5th round of FA Cup for first time since 1955-56, and the only time when starting from Round 1• Reaching Quarter Final of League Cup for second time • Winning first National Trophy – JPT in 2006• Playing at above the lowest FL tier for 12 successive seasons (previous best 9 in the 1950s) • Ignoring the COVID behind closed doors season, home attendances averaging more than 6000 for 20 consecutive seasons (previous longest 19 seasons 1933-34 to 1958-59And now to cap it all our longest winning streak since 1947Aye, we had it tough in the old days, 29 of us huddled together in the Cowshed

Possibly Wilts, not sure. But it will always remain one of my favourite seasons - a great escape in great style in our first season at tier 2 in half a century

We were 2nd in the league over the last 22 games from that Forest game to the end of season.Think we got over 40 points from the last 22 games. We had 18 from 24 games before we played Forest and looked dead and buried. Any similarities with this season? If we win our last 4 games we will have got 45 points from 18 games We had 28 points from the 1st 28 games.Which will be the bigger achievement baring in mind this season is League 2 and 2008/09 was the Championship?
